Midwife web chat commended by DoH

A team of midwives from University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust and Faculty of Health and Life Sciences Associate Head, Maureen Brown, recently took part in the first live NHS web chat. For just over one hour the midwives were taking live questions from members of the public. The event was hailed a huge success and was commended by the Department of Health for its innovative approach.
